After a full immersion in the Ciavolich vineyards and cellars in Loreto Aprutino, you can taste 4 of our top wines, together with Niko Romito’s signature bread made with Solina and Saragolla flour and a selection of cheeses produced by Daniela Del Proposto (Loreto Aprutino), Gregorio Rotolo (Scanno) and Martinelli (Farindola). Our gourmet touch will offer you a full experience with a number of traditional dishes with eggs, legumes and vegetables, including pallotte cacio e ovo (cheese and egg balls), turnips and beans, peppers with eggs and aubergine parmigianina.
